TML Supply Company customers enjoy access to our Technical Service Advisor (TSA) program.
- We provide help with problem units, start ups, missing parts and warranty issues.
- Pictures and manuals can be sent via email to techs on site.
- Our advisors have technical backgrounds and troubleshooting skills, are able to use hand tools and know how the equipment works.
- We source solutions to known problems from manufacturers and then pass that information to our customers.
Our TSA program helps contractors save time and get their customers’ units up and running. Support is provided over the phone, via email and in person at site visits.
