Create a Warranty Request

TML Supply Company is proud to stand behind its products. Our manufacturers’ warranties are among the best in the industry.

To create a warranty request:

Enter the TML part number of the product being returned.
Enter the invoice number from where the product was purchased.
Choose the reason for warranty return from the dropdown list. For “Major Equipment” you will need to enter model and serial numbers, dates installed and failed, the compressor or unit replacement part and serial numbers, and the homeowner’s name and address.
Enter a detailed description of the problem/failure. (“DOA” will not suffice.)
Click/tap the “Create/save warranty request” button.

Important: We will not accept any unit (furnace or air conditioner) without written permission from a TML Supply Company tech.
